What is the best self tanner to use (ulta and target)?

Hello all,
so today I am going to the store and even though i have been looking for forever, i cant seem to find one specific tanner that has good raves from everyone. If one product is good on one site, another site says its bad. So, out of the stores ulta and target, which would be the best self tanner for me to get? I live up north, so im currently very pale. I just want something that really really works AND WONT TURN ME ORANGE! Please please help! THANKS!<33333333 and idk if i should use a lotion, bronzer, mousse, or spray...

You could try the Sally Hansen products. They seem to be popular. Or you could make your own tanner with totally safe ingredients. You will find recipes at this site.
