
how to take the attention at work ,i am working hard but nobody notice my efforts?
i think my self the best on at my work team cuse i help them all whith out complaning and i am flowing everything at my office and my site cuse i am working as project supervisur .but no body notice my efortts the i like to be .
Its actually easier than you think. It’s not really about doing your work properly and following company policies. It is mostly about your interpersonal skills and how you interact with them that will raise your Likability. here a few step you can try.
1. Increase you friendliness at the office
-communicate openness through positive body language and words, greet people cheerfully and smile often.
2. Raise your relevance ( your connection with others interest and needs)
-create contact. with functional distance.()
-have/share common interest with others
-know what your co-worker are passionate about outside of work (get to know them their outerself.)
3. Show your empathy (listen and see things from another point of view)
-share emotions about key issues
-connect with their feelings, it is trust that you are “with them”
4. Keep It real.
-live with purpose
-be same person at work or outside of work
-be direct and honest with others
-be true to yourself and others
