how come when im watching videos on youtube it always pauses by its self?

like when im watching a video a circle will come up in the middle of the screen and the video will just stop for a couple of minutes and it just keeps doing that.

Because your Internet connection isn’t fast enough for you to watch in real-time. Pause it yourself and wait for the entire video to load (watch the red progress bar).
